Garden Dance
Garden Dance has the dubious distinction of being the first painterly image I completed entirely using Paint Shop Pro. The paint tools of that program aren't as intuitive nor as effective as those of PhotoFinish, but having the option of digital layers is a big help. This angel seems happy enough with the results.
